Tania VazNILE Consultant Trainer

Tania has 18 years teaching experience in Portugal, Italy and the UK and has been an Assistant / Director of Studies and INSET teacher trainer for the last 15 years.

She studied Psychology at university which paved a solid and inspiring foundation for teaching before taking her CELTA in 2006. She is a lifelong learner and has taken numerous courses throughout her career and has taught a very wide range of classes including students from the ages of 3 to 80. She’s a Cambridge Speaking examiner from A0 to C2. She is currently teaching exam preparation courses with NILE.

More recently she dove into DELTA Modules 1 and 3 and hopes to continue her own personal learning journey further. She enjoys experimenting with new techniques and also dedicates some time to teaching theatre to young learners. Furthermore, Tania is currently more invested with teacher education and is teaching state school teachers on incorporating CLIL into classroom practice.

Away from the job she enjoys going for long walks in the woods with her dogs, painting and trying out new recipes.
