Matthew EnglishNILE Consultant Trainer

Matthew has been an English language teacher for 20 years in various contexts. He started in London, teaching international classes at all levels and all backgrounds. He has taught people from most countries in the world, from Azerbaijan to Yemen. Since the late 2000s he has focused on teaching mostly one-to-one business classes and his students have included top managers from companies such as BP, AXA Insurance, BMW, E.ON, Commerzbank and Morgan Stanley. Since the pandemic he has mostly been teaching remotely from home, with students from all over the world.

Matthew holds a BA in English History, an MA in Communication Design and a CELTA certificate in language teaching. His hobbies and interests include drawing, cartoons, history and playing music.
