Lisa MannNILE Consultant Trainer

Lisa Mann holds two master’s degrees: one in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and another in Translation and Localization. She has enjoyed a long career in the provision of language services in countries all over the world. During her time in Peru, she worked with the Ministry of Education to develop the national curriculum for English for adult basic education under the country’s ‘English, Gateway to the World’ initiative. She has collaborated in the development and delivery of the TESOL International Association’s certification programmes in Uzbekistan and India and has had the absolute privilege to work with English language professionals on several different projects in Tajikistan.

She currently gives short courses on research writing, presentation skills and the use of AI in teaching and conducting research at universities throughout Catalonia while continuing her work as a training consultant, translator, and academic editor from her home office in Spain.
