Griselda BeaconNILE Consultant Trainer
Griselda Beacon is a teacher educator and her areas of expertise include literature, young learners, CLIL, creativity and critical interculturality in ELT. She holds an MA in Literature in English and Foreign Language Education from Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany, and has been working in the field of teacher education and primary curriculum development for over 25 years, sharing her experience as an in-service teacher trainer in international contexts. At present, she works as an educational consultant, lectures in American Literature at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and is a consultant trainer at NILE.
She is a co-editor of the book International Perspectives on Diversity in ELT (Palgrave, 2021), a co-author of Together (OUP, 2019), and she has taught children’s and young adult literature and creativity & drama at teacher training colleges in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Griselda is a regular presenter at conferences.
