Erica LindleyNILE Consultant Trainer

Erica is a teacher educator with over 20 years in the profession and has enjoyed teaching and/or training in China, Cuba, Peru, Spain, Uzbekistan and the USA. Based at St Giles Brighton, Erica is Head of Teacher Training, a CELTA and Delta tutor, Teacher Development Coordinator, mentor, and Learning Support Officer.

Alongside this, she enjoys working on materials development projects for teaching and training purposes. Erica has a special interest in SEN, holding ATS status with the British Dyslexia Association, and a Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Access Arrangements Assessment. She regularly presents at conferences and works freelance providing training in neurodiversity, adaptive teaching and inclusion.

In her free time she enjoys going for walks with her little dog!
