Emma-Jayne RobinsonNILE Consultant Trainer
Emma-Jayne has worked in ELT for over twenty years as a teacher, trainer and consultant. She started out as a teacher in a language school in Hong Kong before gaining her PGDE and making the move to primary and then secondary education. On returning to the UK, she worked in a private language school in London, working with adult groups and specialising in exam preparation classes. She then made the move into publishing and worked as an ELT Consultant with Macmillan Education, progressing to Regional Manager. After five years she decided to go freelance and works as teacher and trainer with students and teachers around the world, both online and face-to-face.
She joined NILE as a consultant trainer in 2022 and has more recently taken on the role of Project Manager, working on a variety of online projects.
She is also a practising artist, showcasing her work in her hometown of Hastings, where she also finds time to volunteer at local art and craft workshops for families.
