Emma GowingNILE Consultant Trainer

Emma is a teacher, teacher trainer, academic manager and management educator based in Madrid, Spain. She has been a consultant trainer for NILE since 2022, working on various projects such as Teaching for Success (Tunisia) and tutoring online CELTAs. She also works as an academic director of a language academy based out of Madrid. She is a regular conference presenter and her interests currently lie in ethical management and teacher wellbeing and she has published articles and given talks on this topic for Modern English Teacher, IATEFL, TESOL Spain etc.

When she isn’t teaching or training, Emma is passionate about traditional jazz and blues and you can find her singing and playing her banjo or ukulele with her band in the jazz bars of Madrid.
