Andréia ZakimeNILE Consultant Trainer

Andréia has been involved in language teaching for 20 years. She started her career as a teacher in São Paulo, and has since worked with teaching, teacher training and development, materials writing and assessment. Her teacher training experience includes managing teacher education programmes at Cultura Inglesa São Paulo, a reputable language centre in Brazil. She is an experienced CELTA and Trinity Diploma trainer, and she holds an MA in Publishing with a focus on Digital Learning technologies.

Andréia is based in Barcelona, where she has worked in a wide range of educational contexts, from language centres to institutes of higher education. She has also developed secondary education (ESO) materials for state schools in Andalucia, and is currently working as an author for a leading educational publisher.

In her free time, Andréia enjoys rollerblading in the streets of Barcelona and sewing.
